Learning to make Mozzarella.

After Barton’s successful attempts at making goat cheese, I though that I might as well try something too. So, I decided on an easy mozzarella course! Little did I know that this would spark an entirely new obsession: cheese making.

Mozzarella is one of the best cheeses to start with because, being a fresh cheese, it can be eaten right away and there is a kind of immediate gratification from the attempt! You don’t have to wait, just make it and enjoy!!! Just gather the simple ingredients, an in an hour, you're done!
