No way I'm wasting that whey!

I may have found the tastiest way to use my leftover whey from making cheese!


If you haven't made cheese at home (and you should!), there is a bi-product called whey after you separate the curds for the actual cheese. This whey is packed full of minerals, vitamins, and protein, the kind that you get in many protein shakes on the market. There are so many uses for it, so don't throw it away!


It can be used in bread making instead of water, for added protein in your shakes, and I just found this recipe for whey caramel sauce. So I had to try it! And it's delicious!!!
